We’re traveling to Ghana for a fun, relaxing, exciting and purposeful trip, during which we will visit enchanting natural sites and experience the rich history and culture of this amazing West African country. We will be based in the capital city of Accra, will travel to the beautiful and serene Volta Region, the cultural capital of Ghana - the Ashanti Region, Cape Coast and Elmina to visit the slave dungeon castle and the "point of no return."  Points of interest: Wli waterfalls, Kakum National Park, Elmina slave castle, Labadi and Kokrobite beaches, Accra cultural center, home of W.E.B. Dubois, bead-making/kente-weaving villages
